With over twenty years of manufacturing experience applying innovative methods and techniques Emerging Technologies, LLC. has designed and built cages for a wide variety of industries. These cages have provided many different levels of protection, isolation, and ease of access.

Emerging Technologies offers detailed
order status throughout the project, such as weekly status updates, up to date schedule information, and anticipated completion date. Our detailed design review process allows for customer approval prior to the start of any project.

SAFETY CAGE STYLES & INFORMATION

When electrical safeguarding is a requirement for your test or manufacturing procedures, Emerging Technologies, LLC has your solution. From standard built-to-order solutions to fully custom cages, Emerging Technologies has the experience. Two build-to-order styles are available: an all steel fully encompassing Faraday style, or an open top & floor modular aluminum T-slot framing style. The Welded steel cage comes with two standard access doors for the operator and maintenance personnel. Other optional door designs are available including product access doors with automation or viewing windows. The T-slot framing cages come with a standard front access door.

WELDED STEEL FARADAY CAGE

Welded steel cages are available with powder coat or wet painted solutions while the T-slot framing cages are available in natural aluminum or select anodized colors. All cage systems offer complete grounding options and a variety of safety interlocking options. Safety interlocking is available for electrical and pneumatic power sources. Door monitoring is available with double redundant safety rated switches and can be ordered with a full safety circuit including Master Safety Relay (MSR) and E-Stop switch(s). Light curtains and twohanded controls are also available for integration. Electrical grounding is available for electrical safeguarding and low impedance grounding for high voltage test applications.

EXTRA INFO

All cage systems include a full drawing set for review and approval prior to manufacturing (including grounding plan and safety circuit if purchased). All cages are set up for inspection prior to shipment. On-site installation is available on request. If your needs call for more than our standard cage options, we have custom cage solutions that are available and can be quoted upon request.
