DESIGN PHASE

During the design phase, Emerging Technologies staff works directly as an extension of the customer's team to transform requirements into a fully defined, build-ready test solution. Whether the project begins with complete specifications or only a general concept, Emerging Technologies engineers take the lead in maturing requirements and conducting feasibility studies to ensure every requirement is accurately captured. Following requirements generation, system layouts, electrical diagrams, 3D models, software design documents, etc. are generated and prepared for customer review and approval.

BUILD PHASE

Following the design phase, the Emerging Technologies team transforms design documents into reality, through hands-on craftsmanship and detailed quality inspection. All fabrication, assembly, and wiring, are verified against the design documents once complete.

VERIFICATION PHASE

Once the build, pre-startup inspection, and power on checks are complete, Emerging Technologies executes a two step system verification process consisting of manual hardware checks and dynamic system verification. This two step system verification process ensures all hardware and software comply with the system requirements and design documentation.
